Guidelines for Article Writing in e-Newsletter 'THIRST'
We are inviting articles for THIRST e newsletter published by KOVISE Foundation under the theme
RURAL DEVELOPMENT
CONSERVATION OF NATURE AND ENVIRONMENT
AMICABLE LEGAL ENVIRONMENT
The article should be in the following format:
- Writings should be in relation to technologies related to rural technology and community development and rural women and youth empowerment programmes in villages in India and worldwide an topics related to conservation of nature and environment.
- Use simple language and active verbs and can use relevant
- Kindly pay attention to Copyright issues.
We are accepting the following types of articles for the e newsletter:
1. Long Articles: (500 - 600 Words)
It should comprise of main headings and sub headings. It can be an extract of live discussion, research work,real field experience India and Worlwide
2. Short Articles: (200 - 300 words):
It should comprise of main headings and a short note on live discussion, project initiative, field experience, success stories India and worldwide
3. Fillers: ( 100 - 150 words)
It can be short tips, mini reviews, events, awards, project initiative, funding related to themes in India and Worldwide
NOTE:
For all the above types of articles, Writers/ Authors should include their Full Name, Position, Title, Organisation and Contact information.
Writing should be in MS - Word Format with Font Type ' TIMES NEW ROMAN' and Font Size 12 with 1.5 spacing.
Images should be in JPEG format with good resolution.
One or two Tamil articles are accepted under Vernacular Page .

KIDS CORNER:
We are inviting drawings, cartoons, pictures, poems, stories related to theme. Contributors should be below the age of 18.
PHOTO MIRAGE:
Photos are accepted with respect to rural landscapes, technologies and nature and environment India and Worldwide. Photos for photo mirage page can be exclusively submitted to
